## State registration certificate for the computer program «FDRE 3.0» has been received

The program makes it possible to obtain numerical solution of the Cauchy problem for fractional Riccati equation with nonconstant coefficients and variable fractional derivative. The numerical solution, implemented in the software, realizes approximations of fractional Gerasimov-Caputo differentiation. Approximations are performed by modified Newton method (MNM) and explicit finite-difference scheme (EFDS). In a separate script of the program, a user can define several models, represented by this system, in the form of structures and their field, they are: initial values, system parameters, solution method type, visualization parameters. The program allows one to obtain numerical solutions over several models according to the parameters, to compare obtained results calculating determination and correlation coefficients as well as to visualize obtained estimated data. A user can also read data from files to compare them with a numerical solution, estimating determination and correlation coefficients.
