This work is dedicated to the creation of technologies and automated systems for the distribution and classification of local features of the ionospheric parameters. The complexity of this task is associated with a complex internal structure of ionospheric data and with their great variety in form and time of local features. These features are caused by solar activity, and in seismically active areas may occur in anticipation of strong seismic events. In this paper, to study the temporal features of ionospheric parameters is proposed numerical solution based on the wavelet transform, which allows you to isolate and analyze the local structure in automatic mode.
