Researchers of our Institute made presentations at the VI International Scientific Conference «Geodynamic Processes and Natural Disasters»

The event took place in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk on October 12-16, 2026. It was devoted to the 80-year anniversary of the Institute of Marine Geology and Geophysics FEB RAS, the organizer of the Conference.

Researchers of IKIR FEB RAS made the following presentations:

Tverdiy D.A., Stovbun N.S. Testing the mathematical hereditary α-model OAR taking into account the atmospheric pressure effect of the data of radon monitoring in the south of Sakhalin island in 2020-2025;

Marchenko L.S., Parovik R.I. Peculiarities in determining the electron concentration in the ionosphere-plasmasphere system based on the analysis of whistler dynamic spectra recorded in Kamchatka.

All the presentation aroused keen interest and discussion among the conference participants.
