The Chief Researcher of IKIR FEB RAS, Dr. Sci. (Phys.-Math.) Parovik Roman Ivanovich, made plenary presentations in Uzbekistan

A Scientific Seminar of the Laboratory of Mathematical Modeling of Nonlinear Processes took place at Romanovskiy Institute of Mathematics of Uzbekistan Academy of Sciences on April 15, 2026. Roman Ivanovich made a plenary presentation on the subject «Application of neural network based on orthogonal Laguerre polynomials to solve the Cauchy problem on the example of fractional differential Lane-Emden equation of constant order».

On April 17-18, 2026, International Research and Practice Conference «Topical issues of equations of mathematical physics and information technologies» took place at Namangan State Technical University (Namangan, Uzbekistan). The Conference was devoted to the 70-year anniversary of Professor Apakov Y.P. Roman Ivanovich made a plenary presentation on the subject «Application of neural network algorithm based on orthogonal Laguerre polynomials to solve Cauchy problem for differential equations of fractional variable orders on the example of fractional Lane-Emden equation».

The both presentations arose a keen interest and discussion among the event participants.
