Agreement on scientific-technical cooperation between IKIR FEB RAS and LLC “Ionosphere Institute” of Kazakhstan Republic has been signed

Subject of the Agreement is integration of the scientific-research and innovation potential of the sides.

LCC “Ionosphere Institute” is one of the oldest scientific-research institutes in Kazakhstan and the only specialized institute in the Middle Asia, which studies ionosphere state. The Institute investigates the near-Earth space, solar-terrestrial relations, space weather, geodynamics, realizes the ground-space monitoring.

The signed Agreement on cooperation became the result of the exchange of the experience between Russian and foreign scientists during the XIV International Conference “Solar-Terrestrial Relations and Physics of Earthquake Precursors”, which took place in IKIR FEB RAS from September 29 to October 3, 2025.
