On spatial non-uniform structure of small-scale mid-latitude ionosphere turbulence

We present the results of the research of inhomogeneous small-scale ionosphere turbulence structure using the
method of multidimensional structure functions of amplitude fluctuations of satellite signals. We determined
significant differences in the behavior of multi-power law spectra of inhomogeneities and the corresponding
generalized multifractal spectra of mid-latitude ionosphere turbulence for different clouds of electron density of
ionosphere plasma with dimensions of 200 - 250 km, and inside some clouds for local non-uniform structures
with dimensions of 12 - 15 km.
