TRANSIONOSPHERE SOUNDING BY QUADFREQUENCY COHERENT RADIOSIGNAL

The original quadfreaquncy coherent ionosphere radiosounding method is presented. This method allows
researchers obtaining the precise absolute value of total electron content along the radio wave path. Estimation
of tolerance and physical bounds for this method are investigated. The requirements on ground and satellite
based radio sets are introduced also.
