SPACE SEGMENT OF THE PERSPECTIVE SYSTEM OF THE EARTH IONOSPHERE TOMOGRAPHY DEVELOPMENT FEATURES

Modeling results of the electron concentration vertical distributions based on ionosphere tomography tech-
nique upon phase characteristics of multifrequency coherent signals on the ray-path between two satellites are
represented in the frameworks of the research. The several ways of the space segment of the ionosphere to-
mography perspective system deploying are considered. It is suggested to arrange in the same orbital plain
up to 36 small-sized satellites, transmitters and receivers of the multifrequency coherent signals. The inverse
problem modeling solved without initial guess utilizing and the absolute TEC measurements considering results
are represented. It was shown that the maximum errors are less than 10The optimal ways of the space segment
deployment (mutual satellites arrangement) are proposed. The possibility of the ionosphere state diagnosis
based on satellite tomography technique without any ground based receivers is demonstrated. The modeling
