The power spectra variations of quasi-static electric and geomagnetic fields in band of the tidal and planetary
waves influenced by the geomagnetic activity of the near ground atmosphere are presented. The variations in the
intensities of the spectral power density and the period durations in their spectra synchronously with Kp index
are showed. Taking into account that these parameters are associated with the atmospheric pressure a possible
biophysical mechanism of interaction of the human cardiovascular system with the meteorological parameters
in the near ground atmosphere is proposed. It is based on the change of the atmospheric transparency under
the action of the Galactic Cosmic Rays and the Solar Cosmic Rays in the evolution of geomagnetic disturbances.
