Low-frequency radio noise as a means of environment diagnostics

  1. IZMIRAN

The complex analysis of the results of satellite measurements of low-frequency electromagnetic emission
intensity in the sound range of frequencies of 100 Hz-20 kHz (which are considered to be radio noise), streams
of energy electrons, density and temperatures of ionospheric plasma showed the reaction of ionosphere plasmas
on the processes of geomagnetic disturbances, preparations of active seismic and slow geodynamic processes.
Change of ionosphere plasma parameters, especially, of the intensity of low-frequency noise, over the regions of
radioactive pollution was established. The scheme of global satellite monitoring for remote sounding of ecolog-
ical conditions to reveal the indignations of natural and technogenic character is offered.
