WHERE, HOW AND WHY IS THE GEOMAGNETIC FIELD GENERATED?

In terms of the hot Earth conception a principally novel model of the geomagnetic field generation is pro-
posed. By this conception the first-order phase transition (PT) occurs at the border of the Earth inner core (in
F-layer). Heat liberated at PT (evaporation-condensation) provides energy of the geomagnetic field generation.
Time-variable PT activity pattern regarded to be flickering noise results in the field polarity change, namely,
reversals, excursions and jerks. PT occurrence in F-layer causes here effects similar to high temperature super-
conductivity and superfluidity. F-layer is the place where the electric current owing to the radial electric field
and transversal hydrodynamic transfer of the layer low-viscosity substance flows and generation mechanism of
Hall’s dynamo type acts here too. Consistent explanation for all peculiarities of magnetic field of the Earth,
other planets and satellites is provided in the context of the geomagnetic field generation model.
