Conservation of the third adiabatic invariant of motion in the magnetic field equator plane with weak axial asymmetry

The question of conservation of the third adiabatic invariant of charged particles motion with vII = 0 (equator plane) in flow and canonical forms in magnetic fields with weak asymmetry is considered. The transition to a coordinate system, rotating with angular drift velocity, makes it possible to reduce the problem to a solved one, namely, to the problem of conservation of the third adiabatic invariant in an axially symmetric but time-variable magnetic field.
